International Youth Day was celebrated in Tabuaço with great energy and a festive spirit, in an initiative organized by the Municipality of Tabuaço, which transformed the Municipal Swimming Pools into a true meeting point for music, summer, and youth.

The date, established at the World Conference of Ministers Responsible for Youth in 1998 in Lisbon, came to life again on August 12th, 2024, with free admission for young people between 12 and 25 years old. On that day, the invitation was simple: bring a towel, a blanket, or a mat and enjoy the summer on the lawn of the municipal pools, surrounded by friends and good vibes.

The highlight of the celebration took place in the late afternoon, with a memorable sunset set by Anny Dupin. Her performance completely transformed the atmosphere, creating an immediate connection with the audience and lifting the energy of the space in a contagious way. Young people danced both in and out of the water, in a vibrant scene where music blended with laughter, diving, and a genuine celebration of summer.

It was a truly special event, marked by spontaneity and the strong participation of the local youth community, which turned the pools into a lively, relaxed, and dynamic space.

Anny Dupin’s performance became the highlight of the day and also served an additional purpose: the event was used as a setting for the recording of a promotional music video for the artist, capturing the full energy, authenticity, and unique atmosphere of that sunset in Tabuaço.

The entire Anny Dupin team also received support from the Tábua D’Aço restaurant, by the renowned Austrian chef Thomas Egger (GreenChef), who contributed to the care and hospitality of the production, reinforcing the spirit of local collaboration around the event.

In the end, it left the feeling of an unforgettable day, a celebration of youth, music, and summer, bringing people together in a light, festive, and vibrant atmosphere.
